An iOS app called to help students track and improve emotional well-being. By using mobile phone sensors together with student surveys we can collect data about students’ sleep habits, level of activity and exercise, and social interaction.  We use this data to better understand student stress levels. The interface provides feedback and allows students to understand how they are doing over time and compared to other students on campus. They will also be able to see how these different aspects of their lives’ correlate with each other.
