CS Technigala 🎉
Presented by the DALI Lab and Dartmouth's Computer Science Department
Join Computer Science and DALI Lab students in celebration as they share their project accomplishments from this term. At the CS Technigala, guests experience design and tech innovations first-hand, engaging with the projects and their creators. The event is science-fair style with the opportunity to browse a number of different projects.
Held under different names, this end-of-term event has brought technology from the basement of Sudikoff to the Dartmouth public since 2013. In 2017, the event expanded to include the whole CS community. If you have an independent project you've built and would like to demo at the Technigala, please contact us.
Highlights from the past include Pitchback, an AI powered realtime pitch feedback web appm, MeshCash, a peer-to-peer offline mobile payments when the cellphone grid has been destroyed by a hurricane, A Relative Past, a misty VR canoe trip back in time to save the future, and HOLO, a holographic platform utilizing an innovative pyramid projection surface.
